There is one email address, and one person reading it.
Email
This is a personal project. One person reads this address, by hand, and there is no guaranteed response time, not 24 hours or any number. If you have not heard back, it has not been read yet.
Before you write
- A refund. You may not need this page. Within the window stated on /terms, the Refund button on /account reverses the charge without asking anyone. Open it in the browser you bought in, or sign in there with your Stripe receipt number.
- Deleting your data. The buttons on /privacy are faster than this address and reach everything except the payment record.
- A payment question. Include the email address you paid with. It is the only thing a payment can be found by.
